Welcome to the Meridian Clarinet Quartet, a dynamic ensemble established in February 2023, comprised of accomplished musicians from prominent orchestras across the United States. Our name, 'Meridian,' not only signifies the convergence of semi-circular arcs at both the South and North Poles but also represents the harmonious union of four artists, each originating from Eastern traditions, coming together in Western lands to embark on a brilliant musical journey. Meridian encapsulates the essence of reaching the zenith, symbolizing prosperity, splendor, and the pinnacle of artistic excellence. Our mission is deeply rooted in nurturing a profound appreciation for the enchanting world of clarinet music while fostering the talents of future generations
